Below is a summary of key information and rules (pdf-only german) that all people participating in our cup must adhere to (last update: 2013).

Participants are put into groups or classes according to the cubic capacity guidelines laid down under FIM rules. The classes are Superbike, Supersport and Superstock.

The Speer Racing Regio Cup, which is sponsored by Metzeler (GP1 undefined capacity, GP2 up to 750ccm), spans six ranking races at Hockenheim. The current schedule of events can be found by going to “Dates”.

Please note: riders who start the race on Metzeler tyres are entitled to a tyre discount. .

    •    The type of bike you use is optional although only 4-stroke engines are allowed.   
    •    Mechanical changes are permitted.
    •    Open moto-GP or IDM Superbike exhaust systems are not permitted.
    •    There are strict noise restrictions on each day!   
    •    The choice of tyres is up to you.
